About Lauren
Lauren Adams has 13 years experience teaching speech, communication and media strategies at the collegiate level. She has direct experience helping others organize and deliver effective presentations in numerous settings.
Lauren believes strongly in speaking her truth and holding space for others to do the same. It is her goal to help move humanity forward through her own thoughts, words and actions while encouraging others to do the same by speaking through their authentic voice.
Our coaches know that there are times in which we all find ourselves center stage. In these moments, what we speak must come from the core of our being and knowing. We value all of our clients, especially those working and advocating on behalf of women, social justice, equal rights and opportunities, the underrepresented and the under served.
